Who we are
Dejwid Media, trading as RELATIO (Chamber of Commerce KvK 96339454, VAT NL005235490B62), Poortland 66, 1046 BD Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: info@relatio-me.com.
What we collect and why
Free Love Number: your date of birth and, if you choose, your email address, to show your result and (only with your consent) to send you your result and occasional emails about love numbers. Orders: your full name, date of birth, email address, and your partner’s name and date of birth if you add compatibility, to calculate your numbers, write your portrait and deliver it to you. Website use (only with your consent): pages visited, device and approximate location, and where you came from. Payment: Mollie tells us whether your payment succeeded; we never see or store your card or bank details. Invoicing and tax: order and payment records.
Legal basis
Performing your order (contract), your consent for marketing email, the free reveal email and for analytics and marketing cookies (you can withdraw it at any time), and our legal obligation to keep financial records.
Who receives your data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose stated: Mollie (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Make (workflow automation), Google (email delivery and file storage for your PDF) and OpenAI (to write the text of your portrait; we send your name, date of birth and the calculated numbers, not your email address). If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, Google (Google Ireland Ltd) and Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) also receive the usage data described below. We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers process data in the United States. Where this happens it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order details and your portrait are kept for up to 24 months so we can resend it and help you. Payment and invoice records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Marketing email stops as soon as you unsubscribe.
Cookies and tracking
We store your cookie choice on your device (necessary). Only if you click Accept (or switch them on in Cookie settings), we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure results and to show RELATIO to people who visited the site. Both are off until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google and Meta may receive your IP address, device information and the pages you view, and may set cookies. If you reject, nothing is loaded.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and object to processing, by emailing info@relatio-me.com. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is dated 20 October 2026.
