If your portrait doesn’t feel like it was written for you, email info@relatio-me.com within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full price. No questions asked.
Mistakes in your details
If your details were entered incorrectly, we will regenerate your portrait free of charge.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the payment method you used, normally within 5 working days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
