Who we are

What we offer
RELATIO writes personalised numerology portraits from your name and date of birth, delivered as a digital PDF. Portraits are for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions and not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. You pay online through Mollie (for example iDEAL, cards or other methods shown at checkout). Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Delivery
Your portrait is sent as a PDF to the email address you entered, usually within a few hours of payment and in any case within 30 days. Please check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder.
Your details
Your portrait is calculated from the name and date of birth you provide. If you made a mistake, contact us and we will correct it and send a new portrait free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
A portrait is digital content that is created for you personally. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the portrait has been delivered. Our 7-day guarantee (see Refunds) applies regardless.
Intellectual property
Your portrait is for your personal use. You may keep and share it with people close to you, but please do not resell or publish it commercially.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence and as required by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Complaints
Write to info@relatio-me.com and we will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence remains unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to it. Current version: 20 October 2026.
